Board Position
The Board of Directors for Woodland Oaks Property Owners' Association would like to solicit and Biographies from property owners wanting to run for a position on the Board.
Your current Board members have worked very hard to maintain your property values by monitoring the deed restrictions, effectively managing Association funds, evaluating the needs of your Association and coordinating plans to ensure the continued development of the community as a whole. On October 9, 2010 there will be one position coming open and the Board would like to welcome you to participate in the future of Woodland Oaks.

Pool Season
It is pool time! Please remember that each property owner must have their own activated pool card in their possession to enjoy the amenity. In order to activate your pool card please send a check or money order for $35 to C.K.M. Property Management, Inc. with a note indicating your card number. If you need another card or replacement please include an additional $25 for the card along with the activation fee. Also please note that guests of Woodland Oaks are individuals that do not live in the community, therefore each property owner must have their own activated pool card. If you notice individuals inside the pool area without an activated pool card please contact CKM or the Constable. Your name will be kept anonymous. You are asked not to let other property owners inside the pool area under any circumstances, if you do you may lose pool privileges for your entire family for the remainder of the pool season.

According to a Centerpoint Representative if a repair ticket is placed before noon it will be addressed within the same day, if one is placed after noon will be addressed the next day depending on their workload. There is a six digit number on the streetlight pole, please have this number when placing the repair ticket.
