~ Bulletin ~
NOTICE - Please report any suspicious activity in or around the pool/tennis court area to CKM at 281.255.3055. When calling please try to have a description of the vehicle/s, license plate numbers and if possible home addresses of suspicious individuals. Call 911 if an emergency. For non-emergencies please call Constable Williams "Fluffy" at 936.672.9243. The Woodland Oaks POA is offering a monetary reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of anybody found vandalizing association property.
Pool Access - Easy as 1, 2, 3
1. Click on "Pool Rules and Forms" tab to the left and print the "Indemnity Agreement" PDF document, complete the form and submit to CKM via fax (281.255.3056) or email at ckm1@ckm1.com.
2. Submit $35 for the annual pool card activation fee. (See “Make a Payment” to the left)
3. Once you have submitted your payment you must contact CKM to activate your card.
Call CKM if further assistance is needed and ask for Sherrie.

2015 Annual Meeting/Post Board Meeting
Monday, October 5th, Meeting will begin promptly at 7pm-9pm at HEB 3601 FM 1488, The Woodlands in the Classroom located by the food court
The 2015 Annual Meeting
will be held on Monday October 5th
starting at 7pm.
All property owners are encouraged to attend.
Location: HEB 3601 FM 1488, The Woodlands in the Classroom located by the food court.
* Confirmed: Commissioner Charlie Riley and Operations Mgr. Don Dean will be in attendance to
answer questions in regards to county maintained roads*
Notices and Proxies will be mailed to every property owner the week of September 21st.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting the new officers
will enter into a short 5-10 minute board meeting.
Property Owners are welcome to stay.
2015 National Night Out
Tuesday, October 6th, 6pm at Woodland Oaks Park Area
The Texas Recognized National Night Out will be held on Tuesday October 6,2015. Woodland Oaks will celebrate on the same night as well. This is an opportunity for property owners to get out and meet their neighbors. Knowing your neighbors can help deter crime in your association and better your community.
The board would like to encourage everyone to head out and meet your neighbors at 6pm and then join the neighborhood at the Woodland Oaks Park at 6:30pm for Pizza, Drinks, and Dessert. The Magnolia Fire Department will be present to speak with the kids as well as the Montgomery County Constables office.

According to a Centerpoint Representative if a repair ticket is placed before noon it will be addressed within the same day, if one is placed after noon will be addressed the next day depending on their workload. There is a six digit number on the streetlight pole, please have this number when placing the repair ticket.
